Historically the leading country in fabric production has always been the United States. We hand pick the best fabrics for our customers.
Why do you not offer customer service via phone?
In order to keep our prices competitive we only provide support via email. Not to worry, customer service is still our no.1 priority.

How long does it take before I get a reply from Customer Service.
We strive to resolve all our questions within 48 hours. Usually will get a reply from Customer Service within a couple of hours.

What about import taxes?
Because of our low pricing there are normally no import taxes. But to be sure you have to check the tax agency of the receiving country. We do not reimburse import taxes.
How long does the delivery take?
We mostly deliver within 2 weeks. Our competitors take 6 to 10 weeks. So this is super fast for tailor made garments

We currently only ship within the EU. But we will be shipping worldwide soon. Very soon.
